The Certified Municipal Finance Officer is the head of the Finance Department and is responsible for the accounting and pre-auditing of all Township revenues and expenditures, the management of the Township debt and the safe guarding of the financial interests of the Township. The CMFO is to ensure compliance with all Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services directives.
