The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the governing body, and is custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions, deeds and archival records of the municipality. The Municipal Clerk's Office issues dog & cat licenses, social affairs permits, raffle and bingo licenses, vendor's permits, coin drop applications, registers voters and provides general information to the public. As Registrar of Vital Statistics, they also issue marriage licenses and certified copies of birth, death, marriage, and domestic partnership certificates.

Application for Marriage License - Applications are taken by APPOINTMENT ONLY!
Applicants are required to provide an unexpired photo driver's license showing a current
address. If you do not have a current driver's license, please call the Registrar's office at (856) 478-4111 x1 to determine what other type(s) of identification may be accepted.We also ask that you provide a copy of your birth certificate, social securty card, and proof of termination of any prior marriage (ex. divorce decree, death certificate, annulment). A fee of $28.00 is due at the time of application, and is payable by cash or check only.
