The Township Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township and is responsible for proper and efficient administration of the business affairs of the Township and coordinates the business activities of all municipal departments. All municipal departments, except where expressly prohibited by law, are subject to the direction and supervision of the Township Administrator. The Administrator serves as the Personnel Officer, the Purchasing Agent, and the Community Development Block Grant Coordinator for the Township, is responsible for the preparation of the municipal budget and the publication of the Township Newsletter. The Harrison Township Administrator also serves as the TRICO Joint Insurance Fund Commissioner, and the Joint Insurance Fund Claims Coordinator.
