Our congratulations to Claire Alpaugh, Harrison Township's State semi-finalist for the Louis Bay 2nd Future Municipal Leaders Scholarship, sponsored by Township Committee and the New Jersey League of Municipalities. We're hopeful that Ms. Alpaugh's winning entry will be chosen by the NJ League of Municipalities as one of 15 finalists who will go on to be eligible to win one of three $1,000.00 scholarships from the Louis Bay Future Municipal Leaders Scholarship Program.
